Welcome to Net Wire. By scheduling, requesting, or allowing us to perform any service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Net Wire provides professional low-voltage services including, but not limited to:
- TV mounting
- Structured cabling
- CCTV camera installation
- Smart home devices
- Network equipment installation
Services are provided based on the information given by the customer and the conditions found on-site.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All prices provided are estimates, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions such as wall type, height, access difficulty, structural obstacles, or additional labor required.
- Any additional work will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.
3. Customer-Provided Equipment
- Net Wire is not responsible for the performance, quality, or defects of customer-supplied equipment.
- We are not liable for manufacturer defects, firmware issues, or compatibility problems.
- Installation of customer-provided equipment is performed at the customer’s request and risk.
4. Property Conditions & Safety
- The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area.
- Net Wire may refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, ceilings, studs, masonry, or electrical systems.
5. Wall & Structural Disclaimer
- Drilling into walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces may result in minor cosmetic damage.
- Net Wire is not responsible for hidden obstacles such as pipes, electrical wiring, fire blocks, or structural limitations.
- Repairs such as drywall patching, painting, or surface restoration are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
6. Scheduling, Delays & Cancellations
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to job complexity or traffic.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
- Net Wire reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.
- Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or collection actions.
8. Warranty & Liability
- Net Wire provides a limited workmanship warranty on installations.
- This warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, environmental damage, or third-party alterations.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
9. Permits & Compliance
- The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Net Wire performs work according to standard industry practices but does not guarantee code compliance when existing conditions prevent it.
10. Media & Documentation
- Net Wire may take photos or videos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes.
- Customer privacy will always be respected, and no personal information will be shared.
11. Right to Refuse Service
Net Wire reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or requests outside the scope of work.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or allowing services to be performed, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
