  • Structured cabling<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CCTV camera installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Smart home devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Network equipment installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Services are provided based on the information given by the customer and the conditions found on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Estimates & Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • All prices provided are estimates<\/strong>, unless stated otherwise in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Final pricing may change due to unforeseen conditions such as wall type, height, access difficulty, structural obstacles, or additional labor required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any additional work will be discussed and approved by the customer before proceeding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Customer-Provided Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Net Wire is not responsible<\/strong> for the performance, quality, or defects of customer-supplied equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We are not liable for manufacturer defects, firmware issues, or compatibility problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Installation of customer-provided equipment is performed at the customer\u2019s request and risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Property Conditions & Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Net Wire may refuse or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, ceilings, studs, masonry, or electrical systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          5. Wall & Structural Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Drilling into walls, ceilings, or exterior surfaces may result in minor cosmetic damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Net Wire is not responsible for hidden obstacles such as pipes, electrical wiring, fire blocks, or structural limitations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Repairs such as drywall patching, painting, or surface restoration are not included<\/strong> unless specifically agreed upon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Scheduling, Delays & Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  9. Permits & Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  • The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Net Wire performs work according to standard industry practices but does not guarantee code compliance when existing conditions prevent it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    10. Media & Documentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Net Wire may take photos or videos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Customer privacy will always be respected, and no personal information will be shared.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      11. Right to Refuse Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                      Net Wire reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or requests outside the scope of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
